Summer Program

Summer Learning Program

We are excited to share that Terrace Heights Elementary has received a grant to offer a DiscoverWorks Summer Learning and Enrichment Program for our students. This program is free for participating students and the district. This opportunity is available to schools in the ESD 105 region where 50% or more of students qualify for free meals. The program will provide academic instruction in reading and math, enrichment activities, meals, and childcare supports in a fun and supportive environment.

  • Must currently attend Terrace Heights Elementary
    Must be entering 1st–6th grade in the 2026–27 school year
    Families must complete one registration per child.

  • Program Dates

    • June 16 – Assessment Day (required) & Instruction
    • June 17–18 – Instruction
    • June 19 – No Program (Holiday)
    • June 22–26 – Instruction
    • June 29–July 2 – Instruction
    • July 6–10 – Instruction
    • July 13–14 – Instruction
    • July 15 – Assessment Day (required) & Instruction
    • 8:00–8:30 — Arrival / Before Care
    • 8:30–9:00 — Breakfast
    • 9:00–12:00 — Academic Instruction (ELA & Math)
    • 12:00–12:30 — Lunch
    • 12:30–2:00 — Enrichment Activities
    • 2:00–4:00 — After Care

    Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are provided free of charge.
