I was born and raised in the Yakima Valley. I attended Union Gap School kindergarten through the eighth grade. I went to LaSalle High school and then Yakima Valley Community College. I earned my teaching degree through Central Washington University and my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction through Western Governors University. 

 

I have been married for 7 years. My husband and I have 2 wonderful children. Our daughter Jada is 6 and our son Cameron is 4! We have two dogs and two cats. We enjoy playing out side as a family year round. 

 

I enjoy baking, camping, fishing, and making projects at home. In addition to my hobbies, I absolutely love teaching. Spending time with my students brings me tremendous joy! I take pride in building fun, caring and respectful relationships with my students. I always tell them that we are a family. We live together and learn together in the classroom everyday! 

 

This is my 7th year at Terrace Heights Elementary. I feel so blessed to work in such a positive environment with top notch teachers every single day. Terrace Heights is truly the best place to be!
